SERVICE TIME: 6PM SUNDAY
Who We Are
We aim to be a gateway dedicated to lead others to find the path to true everlasting life which is Jesus Christ. We believe we can accomplish this through:
Everyone is welcome and we hope to provide you with a healthy environment where truth is not compromised, all cultures are welcomed and building relationship with God and each other is paramount.
"But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it". ///Matthew 7:14
Meet Tony & Katie
Tony and Katie Nhenga (seen here with their newborn daughter Bella) have been followers of Jesus Christ for most of their lives.
Each of them individually and together have lead ministries, helped start and grow churches, served on extensive mission trips in third-world countries and many more.
Starting Gateway Vineyard Church they believe is the latest calling God has placed on them. They look forward to helping develop a healthy church community and family which not only grows closer to God but grows closer together.
They believe this community will be rooted in the northside of Elkhart, Indiana.
First Time Visitor? Here Is What To Expect
When Should I Arrive?
When you walk into our church be prepared to experience a warm welcome for you and your family. You should arrive 15 minutes before service to join in conversation with our volunteers and friends.
What Should I Wear?
Feel free to wear what you feel is most comfortable for you. We do not have dress codes because we understand Jesus Christ loved all and wants all to come as they are.
Is There A Place For My Kids?
Yes! Gateway Kids is where you will check in your kids who are infants to fifth grade. Our volunteers are great with kids and are all pre-screened to ensure your child is truly in good hands.
How Long Is Service?
You should expect service to be about 70 minutes long including worship and announcements.
Jesus is our Gateway to the Father. Therefore, this church exists to honor and praise him. Our goal is to know Jesus and make Him known through genuine relationships with Him.
We have a Love culture. The Word tells us to love one another just as God has loved us. This means we value genuine fellowship, friendships, and we truly do life together, not just on Sundays.
We are just as outward focused as we are inward. We care about the communities we live and serve in locally and around the world. Jesus tells us to go out and make disciples of all nations. The church, both local and around the globe, are at the core of who we are as believers.
